La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan President Silvio Berlusconi is aiming to bring in three new forwards and that Salah, who excelled in his six-month loan at Fiorentina, is a new target.

However, the newspaper believes they will face stiff competition as the Viola will today try and convince him to remain on loan in Florence, with Juventus and Inter also interested.

Gazzetta also points out that the lack of European football for the Rossoneri next season could prove to be an issue.

As for other targets, Porto striker Jackson Martinez is believed to be waiting to undergo a medical before joining and Shakhtar Donetsk’s Luiz Adriano has reportedly been set as a target for January, when his deal with the Ukrainian club expires.
