Reports suggest that Milan have joined rivals Inter in the chase to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Ciro Immobile this summer.
Tuttosport have reported that the Italian international’s representatives have flown to Dortmund to find out what the club’s intentions are for next season.
Milan are understood to be poised to bring in Immobile, as Giampaolo Pazzini is out of contract and the Rossoneri will not meet the €16m fee demanded by Roma for Mattia Destro.

Milan are understood to be poised to bring in Immobile, as Giampaolo Pazzini is out of contract and the Rossoneri will not meet the €16m fee demanded by Roma for Mattia Destro.
Dortmund paid almost €20m for the former Torino striker last summer, but he has failed to impress in his first season and has only scored three league goals.
Due to the fall in the striker’s value, Dortmund could be willing to accept a loan offer with an option to buy, linked to appearances and goals scored.
A particular temptation for the Rossoneri is the thought of reuniting Immobile with Alessio Cerci, as their partnership as Torino last season yielded 35 League goals.
