Donnarumma will see his contract expire in June and according to several reports, he has already rejected two contract extension offers from the Rossoneri.

Milan are not willing to raise their €8m-a-year offer, which is €2m higher than Donnarumma’s current salary.

Donnarumma will play the Euros with Italy and the Rossoneri are aware, he will not be free to discuss a new contract during the competition this summer.

The club want to plan ahead and need a final reply from their goalkeeper by the end of the Serie A campaign on May 23.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Diavoli have already entered talks with Lille goalkeeper Mike Maignan.

The Frenchman is the leading candidate to replace Donnarumma, should he refuse to extend his stay at the San Siro.

As per Il Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are interested in signing Donnarumma as a free agent and have offered the 22-year-old a €10m-a-year contract.
