Milan’s trip to Empoli tonight gives them a chance to view transfer target Fabiano Parisi ahead of a possible move next summer.

The 21-year-old Italian left back has shone with the Tuscan side since his arrival from Avellino in September 2020, growing into one of the most exciting young full backs in the league. Parisi was the focus of transfer market rumours in the summer, with Napoli and Lazio both keen on a move, but he penned a new deal in August, tying him to the club until 2025.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have been following Parisi’s progress at Empoli for a while now and believe he could be the perfect addition to Stefano Pioli’s squad in Milan.

Tonight’s match between the two sides in Tuscany allows the Rossoneri to view his abilities firsthand, and they’ll continue keeping a close eye on him for the rest of the season as they consider a possible move for the 21-year-old.
