Sky Sport Italia claim that Milan director Geoffrey Moncada is in London for talks with Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash and Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Moncada flew to England today and held meetings with two Premier League clubs.
The primary target is Aston Villa star Cash, who is preparing to participate in EURO 2024 with Poland.
He turns 27 in August and is under contract until June 2027, with an asking price of circa €30m.
If Milan are talking to Cash, it is possible they are having problems in their pursuit of Tottenham Hotspur right-back Emerson Royal.

Meanwhile, the Italians were also discussing the Broja situation with Chelsea after he returned from his loan spell at Fulham.
The 22-year-old Albania international is seen as an extra bonus striker, so is separate from the first-choice Joshua Zirkzee and could be available on loan with an option to buy.
The Rossoneri are revamping their squad going into the new season and coach Paulo Fonseca has been chosen to replace Stefano Pioli.
They are in advanced negotiations with Bologna forward Zirkzee, poaching him from under the noses of Arsenal for the €40m release clause plus €10m in commission to his agent.
