Brazilian media claim Milan are making a bid for Santos creative midfielder Lucas Lima.
He plays as a trequartista – behind the strikers – and will turn 25 next month.
According to Uol.com.br in Brazil, the Rossoneri have asked Santos for information on the player.
Lucas Lima grew up in the Internacional youth academy with a loan spell at Sport Recife before moving to Santos in February 2014.
His contract runs to December 2017 and the price-tag is believed to be around €5m.
