Milan are expected to have their training retreat in Dubai from December 10 to 20, including two friendlies against Arsenal and Liverpool.
According to the latest reports in Italy, the Rossoneri are organising the break in the heat of Dubai for the players who are coming back from the World Cup and preparing for the resumption of the Serie A season, which will be on January 3 against Salernitana at the Stadio Arechi.
The World Cup in Qatar kicks off on November 20 and the Final is scheduled for December 18.
Obviously, if some of their players go all the way in the tournament, then Milan won’t have them back until January.
Some friendly games are also planned against Premier League sides during the Dubai retreat, with Arsenal practically confirmed, while the other opponent could well be Liverpool.
It would make financial sense too, considering Milan’s new owners RedBird also have shares in Liverpool.
