Gigio Donnarumma refused two contract extension offers and Milan have reportedly put talks on hold.

The 22-year-old will see his contract expire at the end of the season.

Milan’s priority is to reach an agreement with the Italy international, but according to Gianlucadimarzio.com, the Rossoneri have now put talks on hold.

The Sky Sport Italia transfer specialist reports Donnarumma rejected Milan’s opening offer of €6m-a-year, which included a €1m bonus linked with the Champions League qualification.

The Rossoneri then raised their offer to €7m-a-year-plus €1m in add-ons.

The proposal was once again binned by the goalkeeper and his agent Mino Raiola.

According to the report, Raiola wants a new €12m-a-year contract for his client.

Donnarumma is currently on a €6m-a-year deal at Milan and has been linked with Juventus, Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid.

The Rossoneri have now put contract talks on hold and according to other reports in Italy, they are considering possible replacements for the 22-year-old.
