Milan director Geoffrey Moncada will meet with Luka Jovic and his agents in the coming days to confirm their plans ahead of the summer.

The Rossoneri are preparing to shake things up in the summer after a disappointing season under Stefano Pioli, planning to replace the coach and revitalise the squad in the upcoming summer transfer window.

One player with no certainties is Jovic, who joined last summer from Fiorentina on a free transfer. The 26-year-old has less than two months left on his contract with Milan and it’s still unclear if he’ll be offered a new deal before the end of June.

Jovic meeting

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com details how Moncada is planning to give a concrete response to Jovic and his agent Fali Ramadani in a meeting in the coming days. Despite the recent lack of minutes, the Serbian striker is still keen to pen a new contract.

The Rossoneri are still undecided regarding the player’s future ahead of the summer, with some believing that he should be left to leave on a free transfer and others voting for another one-year deal.
