Milan

According to Tuttosport, Milan will have €35-40m available next summer to buy a new centre forward.

RedBird has recently completed the club’s takeover for €1.2b, but the club’s transfer strategy is not expected to change short-term.

The Rossoneri will be looking for young talents who can increase their value at the team, following a similar path as Theo Hernandez, Rafael Leao or Sandro Tonali, just to name a few.

According to Tuttosport, Paolo Maldini can expect a budget of €35-40m for a new striker next season.

The Turin-based paper suggests the Rossoneri will be looking for a young striker who would replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud long-term. Both strikers’ contracts run out in the summer.

Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund is one of the profiles Milan are monitoring. The 19-year-old has just joined La Dea for €17m and has earned comparisons with Erling Haaland.

Ajax’s Mohammed Kudus has also been mentioned as a potential target for the Rossoneri and the same is true of Chelsea’s Armando Broja while Calciomercato.com suggested last week that Noah Okafor (RB Salzburg) is one of the primary names on Milan’s agenda.

The 22-year-old has scored in games against the Rossoneri and Chelsea in the Champions League this season.

Milan’s budget would increase with sales and Chelsea remain the most interested club in Rafael Leao who will discuss a contract extension with the club in the coming weeks.

If the Rossoneri fail to reach an agreement with his agent Jorge Mendes, they will likely sell their star in the summer to avoid seeing him leave for nothing in 2024.
