The Rossoneri are the latest club to dive in to the world of women’s sport after Juventus, Sassuolo, Fiorentina, Empoli, Atalanta and Res Roma.
A statement from Milan confirmed they had bought out ACF Brescia and will participate as AC Milan in the 2018-19 campaign.
Juventus won the Scudetto this term with 60 points, level with Brescia, but victorious in a play-off.
