Yacine Adli has only played seven minutes for Milan since October but would be a welcome addition to Paulo Sousa’s Salernitana squad, reports detail.

The Rossoneri signed the talented Frenchman from Bordeaux in the summer of 2021 for €8.5m, but left him with the club on loan for a further year to help him continue his development.

Unfortunately for Adli, things have not gone well in Stefano Pioli’s Milan squad this season. The 22-year-old has only seen 121 minutes of Serie A action across five appearances, four of which came within the first two months of the campaign.

As detailed by TMW, Milan are willing to cut Adli from their squad in the summer and could send him to Salernitana, a club who’ve been keeping an eye on the 22-year-old for some time now.

Sousa knows Adli well from their time together at Bordeaux and would happily add the player to his squad on loan.

During his time with Bordeaux, the French midfielder scored six goals and provided 16 assists in 104 appearances.
