Milan could look to take Juan Iturbe from Roma as part of any deal for Stephan El Shaarawy, according to reports.
Iturbe left the Giallorossi in January for a loan spell at English Premier League side Bournemouth, but has so far made just two substitute appearances in the League.
It would therefore appear to be unlikely that the Cherries will pay the €22m [£17.2m] clause to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.

It would therefore appear to be unlikely that the Cherries will pay the €22m [£17.2m] clause to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.
That would see Iturbe return to Stadio Olimpico, but Calciomercato reports that he could be quickly moved on once again.
Milan have loaned Stephan El Shaarawy to the Lupi until the end of this season, and the Italian international four goals and an assist in his five Serie A games so far.
The capital club will be keen to hold on to El Shaarawy in the summer, and have the option to buy him outright for €13m.
However, Calciomercato believes Milan could look to include Iturbe as part of the deal, as they look to give Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic more options on the wings.
The deal would be beneficial for both clubs, as Roma would get a discount on El Shaarawy, while the Rossoneri would get rid of an unwanted player while saving money on a new signing.
