Milan have reportedly abandoned talks with Bee Taechaubol, as a Chinese conglomerate steps forward.
The deal with Mr Bee was supposed to have been completed before Christmas, but it’s February and we seem no closer to a solution.
According to La Repubblica, the negotiations have completely broken down and President Silvio Berlusconi is ready to consider a new offer from China.
He is unsure of the proposal, but the others in the Fininvest group are eager for him to sell up the money-draining club.

The big difference here is that Taechaubol had offered to buy up only 48 per cent of the club for €480m, leaving Berlusconi will majority control.
However, the Chinese bid is to take over the entire club for ‘just’ €600m.
They would nonetheless leave current CEO Adriano Galliani in charge of the sporting decisions – something that would infuriate Milan ultras.
