The 24-year-old full-back suffered a medial meniscus injury in his right knee and the Rossoneri have confirmed the defender underwent surgery at La Madonnina clinic.
The operation by Doctor Roberto Pozzoni, in the presence of the Rossoneri health manager Stefano Mazzoni, was perfectly successful.
Calabria, who has played 25 Serie A games this term, will have a recovery time of 30 days.
