Milan believe they have done enough to secure Strahinja Pavlovic from RB Salzburg with a deal worth €18m including add-ons, a good €7m less than the original price-tag.

The asking price for the centre-back was €25m, but after he agreed personal terms and decided on a switch to San Siro, it put them in a strong position.

According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are confident that the latest proposal will be successful at €18m including performance-related bonuses.

Pavlovic ready for Milan transfer

RB Salzburg only signed him from AS Monaco two years ago for €7m and he is eager to find some stability after a series of loan moves.

Pavlovic turned 23 in May and already has 38 senior caps for Serbia under his belt, also participating at EURO 2024.

His current salary is reported to be just €750,000 per season and Milan would double that to an initial figure of €1.5m, set to rise as the rapport continued.
