Milan clubs want Liverpool’s Sakho

Reports are increasing that both Milan clubs are interested in Liverpool centre back Mamadou Sakho.

After being frozen out by Jurgen Klopp this season, the 26-year-old is likely to be available on a loan deal this January.

The Milanese giants face competition from West Brom, according to the Mirror, who also are keen for the player nicknamed ‘The Beast’ to join the club on loan.

The French international is yet to make a start for the Reds this season, and has been training with the reserve side in an attempt to keep up his fitness.

Sakho began his career at PSG, where he ascended through the youth ranks, making his professional debut in 2007.

In 2013 the Frenchman moved to Merseyside where he has since made 79 total appearances.
