Inter and Milan are set to duel on the transfer market for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas this summer.

The Spaniard returned to his beloved club in 2011 after many years in the Premier League with Arsenal, but the comeback has not been a complete success.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Inter and Milan have both set their sights on Fabregas as a bargain quality investment for their midfield.

This is not the first time both clubs have been linked with him, as he was also a target before making the move to Barça.

It is possible the Nerazzurri could get the upper hand by offering Samir Handanovic as part of the deal, as Barcelona have shown a real interest in the goalkeeper.

Failing that, Inter are looking for a loan with option to buy.
