Milan should be able to play in the Europa League next season as they have no hearing scheduled with the Court of Arbitration for Sport before August 14.

It was announced a week ago that UEFA suspended proceedings against Milan over Financial Fair Play until after their ongoing CAS appeal from last year had been resolved.

CAS’ website has since revealed that there are no hearings scheduled with the Rossoneri – or Manchester City – before August 14.
