The Rossoneri will state their case with representatives of Elliott Management, above all Franck Tuil, who is expected to join the Board of Directors.
Current CEO Marco Fassone and Milan’s lawyers will also be in attendance.
US hedge fund Elliott took over after Yonghong Li defaulted on his debt, so the holding company he used to purchase the club through their loan was repossessed.
Elliott hope they can present a unified and reliable project for the future of the San Siro giants, giving them more leeway with UEFA and the FFP rulings.
