Milan are considering an approach for Lille and Turkey international striker Yusuf Yazici, claim reports in Italy.

The Rossoneri continue the search for a new forward who can learn from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and provide a younger profile upfront.

His versatility is important too, as he can play as a centre-forward, a support striker or even a trequartista between the lines.

According to Calciomercato.com, their latest target is Yazici, the 24-year-old who made a €17.5m move from Trabzonspor to LOSC in 2019.

He certainly impressed with 14 goals and five assists in 42 competitive games for the Ligue 1 winners, above all bagging a spectacular hat-trick against Milan when Lille won their Europa League fixture 3-0 at San Siro in November 2020.

The asking price would be at least €20m, but the Rossoneri have a good working relationship with Lille, having already done deals for Rafael Leao and Mike Maignan.

Calciomercato.com claim that Yazici would be enthusiastic about the move.
