Milan have announced they will face Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid in a pre-season friendly in Austria on August 8, also facing Nice, Valencia and Panathinaikos.
The event will take place at the Worthersee Stadion in Klagenfurt, an arena that hosts 32,000 fans.
This is organised in name of the Athletes Versus Cup, an organisation aimed at fighting all forms of discrimination.
Milan’s other pre-season friendlies confirmed so far will be against Pro Sesto on July 17, away to Nice on July 31, at the Mestalla against Valencia for the Trofeo Naranja on August 4 and in Trieste against Panathinaikos on August 14.
The 2021-22 Serie A season is due to begin on the weekend of August 22.
