“We played on level terms with top teams over the last two games. Unfortunately, we can’t afford to drop any more points and my objective is to leave the relegation zone before the break for international duty,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“Udinese are a strong team with important players who can cause us problems, but it all depends on us and it’ll be fundamental to have the right approach to this game.

“We’ve got to start getting points, but are on the right track in terms of performance. I’m very proud to see 3,000 of our fans travel to Udine for the game.”

Erick Pulgar is suspended, with Mattia Destro and Federico Mattiello still out injured.

“We’ll see if Nicola Sansone plays or not, but he is fully fit,” continued Mihajlovic.

“I won’t change the system just because one player is missing, so Pulgar will be replaced by either Adam Nagy or Blerim Dzemaili.

“Mitchell Dijks has to improve in many areas, but above all in his Italian, because he doesn’t understand anything I say! Filip Helander acts as translator and I’m not sure if he’s translating properly…”

This weekend is a special occasion for Mihajlovic, who marks his 250th Serie A match as a Coach.

“It could’ve been more if I hadn’t worked for in Serbia for two years and also got sent off so many times. I am happy with my career, though, and I hope to train for another 15 years.”
