Fiorentina boss Sinisa Mihajlovic says there are no more excuses left to carry the can for his side's poor run of form.

The Viola endured a difficult start to the season partly because of a horrific injury crisis, which depleted the squad.

"Almost all the injured players are back. There are no more excuses," Mihajlovic said.

"The patience of the fans and the club is over. We have to turn our season around and make up for lost time.

"We could all do a lot more, me first of all.

"Anyway, I don't see enthusiasm in the city and it's our fault. If we start to win, it will return. I have always appreciated Florence for the warmth it gives off: now it's no longer like this. It's becoming all flat and I am sorry.

"It has surprised me that there hasn't been a reaction. It's only right that the fans make themselves heard."

Asked about the club's decision to sue Adrian Mutu, Mihajlovic said: "I am not opposed to his sale."
