Sinisa Mihajlovic believes Bologna could not do more in their 2-0 loss against Napoli and complains about Marko Arnautovic’s fitness: ‘There is always something…’
The Rossoblu suffered a 2-0 loss at the Stadio Dall’Ara against Luciano Spalletti’s men, who took all three points thanks to a Hirving Lozano brace.
“We lost against a better team. We should have done more in the first half. They created trouble for us, we could have scored one in the second half,” Mihajlovic told DAZN.
“The thing is, we haven’t been training properly for the last two weeks because of COVID and injuries. We are not fit and Napoli are stronger, so it’s normal to struggle.”
Marko Arnautovic started the game but was subbed off after 52 minutes. Is Mihajlovic happy with the striker’s performance?
“Arnautovic has always something, in the end he always plays and we must recognise that,” he said.
“Yesterday, before the game, he had a slight physical problem. He played today, but you could tell he was not feeling well.”
