Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic said Simy has the ‘same importance’ at Crotone as Romelu Lukaku has for Inter.
Mihajlovic’s men arrive from a 3-1 win over Sampdoria last time and have picked up seven points in their last five Serie A games.
The Rossoblu sit 12th in Serie A, but the Serbian coach stressed they only aim to be mathematically safe before looking at the teams above them in the table.

The Rossoblu sit 12th in Serie A, but the Serbian coach stressed they only aim to be mathematically safe before looking at the teams above them in the table.
“After we’re safe, we’ll see what we can do,” Mihajlovic said at a press conference. “I don’t care about the result, what matters is the performance and then the result.
“In the negative games, the mentality was missing, and I continue to push this aspect. We have our identity and our principles, but they must be accompanied by a good mental attitude.
“If we don’t have this attitude, we know what happens.”
Bologna prepare for an away game against Crotone on Saturday and Mihajlovic believes the mentality will be key against the Serse Cosmi’s side and pointed at Simy as a threat.
“Crotone are in the same situation as we were two years ago, if we go there to just collect the win, we will lose,” he said. “Now with Cosmi it will be a battle.
“We must prepare for that. Crotone have a team that plays well, have players who can put us in trouble and a striker who has scored 12 goals.
“That is Simy. To score 12 goals for a team that has 15 points, means having the same importance as [Romelu] Lukaku has at Inter.
“We can’t underestimate them, they are a respectable team. Then there will be a reason for why they have 15 points. I don’t think they are stronger than us, but we can’t make a mistake in our attitude.
“But we’ll have a lot of chances to win the game.”
