A dismissal would mean a legal battle and continuing to pay Pippo’s wages for a whole year.

According to the Corriere della Sera, CEO Adriano Galliani offered Inzaghi an ultimatum.

He can either take a €600,000 parachute payment to terminate the contract early by mutual consent or face the sack.
