Belgium have even more injury concerns ahead of the Euro 2020 quarter-final with Italy, as Simon Mignolet has pulled out of the squad.

The goalkeeper is the reserve to first choice Thibaut Courtois and has not yet featured in the tournament.

Mignolet pulled out due to injury and will be replaced by Blackburn ‘keeper Thomas Kaminski.

Coach Roberto Martinez confirmed today that Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard do not have serious injuries and could be ready to start from the semi-final stage.

However, they are going to race against time to be ready for Friday’s quarter-final with  Italy in Munich.

De Bruyne sustained a knock to the ankle, while Hazard had a muscular issue, as both limped off during the 1-0 Round of 16 victory over Portugal.
