Alex Meret and Mario Rui are back in the Napoli squad to face Udinese tomorrow, but Diego Demme, Dries Mertens and Stanislav Lobotka still miss out.
It kicks off on Monday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).
The Partenopei have won all three of their Serie A games so far this season, then clawed their way back to 2-2 at Leicester City in the Europa League with a Victor Osimhen brace.
Mario Rui missed that trip to England on Thursday evening, but the left-back returns to the squad along with goalkeeper Meret, who had been out for several weeks with a back injury.
It remains to be seen if Meret will take the gloves on Monday or David Ospina.
Demme, Lobotka, Mertens and Faouzi Ghoulam remain on the treatment table for Luciano Spalletti’s side.
