Inter kept up their incredible form with a sufficient 1-0 win over Torino last night and the Italian press noted the strong performance of Simone Inzaghi and Denzel Dumfries.

The Nerazzurri took home all three points at the San Siro last night after a 30th minute goal from the 25-year-old Dutch full back, who has finally started to settle in the Lombardy capital.

Inter go into the Christmas break at the top of the Serie A table with 46 points, four points ahead of local rivals Milan, and the team are in a good position to defend their league title this season.

The Italian press highlighted Inzaghi’s comfortable management of the game, commenting on his solid set-up and good squad choices. Dumfries also received top marks, with both his offensive and defensive performance impressing as he continues his growth.
