It was Inter’s first win of the season following a turbulent summer, but Chile international Medel sees a lot of potential at the club.

“The 11 of us who went on to the pitch are quality players, but even those who were on the bench are strong and will be useful,” Medel told Inter Channel after the victory.
“The important thing is to work and grow together. Inter are a great team and they should always go onto the pitch to win.
“Pescara had some chances, we created more and won.
“The boss told us to attack in any way, we listened to him and we are happy to have brought the three points home.
“Now we look to the Europa League, after which is the Derby D’Italia. We will work to develop and improve.”
