Weston McKennie is keen to leave Juventus for the Premier League and has reportedly attracted the attention of Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici.

The 24-year-old American midfielder has featured consistently under Massimiliano Allegri this season but not looked particularly impressive on the pitch, struggling to show his best in Turin. After two years with Juventus, McKennie is starting to grow unhappy and is seemingly keen for a new adventure abroad.

As reported by Tuttosport, McKennie wants to make the move to the Premier League and is being considered by Tottenham, whose sporting director Paratici knows Juventus well. The two clubs have already carried out a few deals recently, like Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur, and more could be on the horizon.

Spurs would have to thin their midfield a little to make space for the American and rumours suggest that an offer of around €30m could be made to bring the 24-year-old to North London.

  1. He will ask well somewhere else …anyone away from allegri and with a real coach , always does better

  2. He’s way more suited to the English league than Serie A. He’ll do much better there so a win win situation if they can get that much for him. He probably won’t mind not having to deal with a new language too.

  3. Conte will revive him or least give him the grinta. Under the hexagon, like many players before him the end result is always the back, back, down, down.

  4. conte coud be gone in april time – spurs fans are turning against him, he’s now playing really boring slow, defensive football – all season.

hope mckennie does go to them, he will love london, lets see if we can get at least 33m euros for him
