Ibrahima Mbaye’s agent has launched a scathing attack on Bologna Coach Pippo Inzaghi. “He’s a joke and doesn’t have the skills for this profession.”
The Senegal international has made 10 appearances this season between Serie A and the Coppa Italia, scoring two goals, but has been benched in six of the last eight rounds.
“Inzaghi is a joke,” agent Giuseppe Accardi told Calciomercato.it.

“Bologna were so committed to the lad, then this season with the change of management, things changed. It’s no guarantee that a former champion will automatically become a fine Coach. Perhaps it’s better to dedicate yourself to a different pursuit when you don’t have the skills for this profession…
“If I were the Bologna President, I’d get very angry, because this is wasting a valuable squad, with the same going for Godfred Donsah.
“Mbaye has another four-and-a-half years on his contract with Bologna, so keeping him on the bench is counter-productive for player and club. It’s the waste of an investment.
“We are discussing the situation with Reims and there will be news soon. As for Palermo, it wouldn’t be easy for Mbaye to drop down to Serie B, even if it’s a big project and destined for the top flight.
“I just hope Mbaye can rediscover his smile and get back to playing, because the last few months at Bologna have been a joke.”
