After becoming Paris Saint-Germain’s all-time leading goalscorer, Kylian Mbappe revealed that his goal against Juventus in the Champions League in November was ‘one of the best’ of his career.

Mbappe found the net with his 201st goal for the Parisians in the 92nd minute of their 4-2 win over Nantes in Ligue 1 to overtake Edinson Cavani as PSG’s all-time top scorer.

When asked by the media to list some of his favourite goals so far following his landmark achievement on Sunday afternoon, Mbappe claimed that one of his goals against Juve in this season’s Champions League group stage is among his top four.

“They asked me to select the four best of my 201 goals with PSG and I must say that the one against Juventus is certainly one of them,” he said, smiling with his trademark grin during his press conference as quoted by Tuttosport.

Mbappe was referring to the first of his two goals against Juventus at the Parc des Princes on the first matchday of the competition back in September.

“It was nice, right? Apologies to any Italians, but it was nice. That one is definitely one of the best four, even if it is a pretty extensive gallery to choose from.”

Juve suffered a 2-1 defeat in Paris that evening before falling to an identical scoreline in the return leg at the Allianz Stadium in November.
