After sitting out three Serie A games and the Aquile’s Europa League tie against Zurich, the 31-year-old is set to return to action for Lazio’s next League fixture, the trip to Napoli.
The player’s return is welcome news for Edy Reja, who in the international break faces training without six first-team members through national-team call-ups and without Stefano Mauri, Giuseppe Biava, Simone Del Nero, Tommaso Rocchi and Marius Stankevicius through injury.
