“Giovinco has enormous qualities and I think having him close to me in attack can help me put in a good performance tomorrow,” said the Italy forward.
“It’s a shame that we are without Giuseppe Rossi and Antonio Cassano, but at the same time this is a good opportunity for me to show what I can do with the Nazionale jersey.
“Up to this moment I am fairly satisfied with what I have achieved this season, but am working to get even better and that is what really counts.”
