Inter have reportedly offered outgoing Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta almost double Milan Skriniar’s money.

According to Sportitalia, Inter director Steven Zhang has already proposed Marotta a salary worth €3m.

That would see the 61-year-old earn nearly twice as much as Skriniar, who is only pocketing €1.7m a year, despite his status as a key player for the Beneamata.

Indeed, only Mauro Icardi, Radja Nainggolan, Ivan Perisic, Stefan de Vrij, Miranda and Samir Handanovic would be on more money.

Marotta will officially leave Juve on October 25, although he did not even attend the Bianconeri’s 3-0 home win against Young Boys on Tuesday.
