“We must try to win every week regardless of what our rivals do,” he said of Roma’s 2-0 victory over Verona this evening.
“We are in a period of the season where the results aren’t the only things that count, but also the performances.
“I believe Juventus are called to pass a test in every game, regardless of how prestigious their opponents are. Atalanta are perhaps considered a provincial side, but they are very competitive and hard to beat.”
Marotta was asked about Lazio” data-scaytid=”15″>Lazio President Lotito’s offensive comments, in which he mocked Marotta’s eyes.
“I won’t comment because the phrases speak for themselves. I think there has been too much talk about it already and I prefer to discuss football,” he smiled.
