Beppe Marotta has hailed Inter's progress under Suning Group, stating how the club now have "solid foundations" in place.
Speaking at Inter's annual shareholders meeting, Marotta – who joined the club almost a year ago from Juventus – believes the club are heading in the right direction.
"Inter has laid solid foundations for the growth of the club in the sporting field. The extremely positive start to the season has given us great confidence.

Speaking at Inter's annual shareholders meeting, Marotta – who joined the club almost a year ago from Juventus – believes the club are heading in the right direction.
"Inter has laid solid foundations for the growth of the club in the sporting field. The extremely positive start to the season has given us great confidence.
"The choice of one of the world's best coaches in Antonio Conte and his winning mentality , the strength of a close group, many up of many Italian players, will enable us to reach our objectives."
Inter posted record turnover of €417m in 2018-19 – a 20% increase on the previous year.
Suning bought the Nerazzurri from Indonesian businessman Erick Thohir in June 2016 and made them compliant with Financial Fair Play at the end of last season.
