Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta confirms on-loan Chelsea man Juan Cuadrado wants to stay in Turin.
The Colombian winger joined the Bianconeri this summer on a season-long loan, but without a redemption clause.
“We have no right of redemption, at Chelsea’s request,” Marotta acknowledged at the shareholder’s meeting.
“He’s expressed his happiness at being here with us, and [his happiness to] continue here in future.

“We’ll look at things with Chelsea at the appropriate time, but it’s very likely that there will be a good conclusion.”
Marotta was also asked about the capture of Hernanes, and admits signing the Brazilian from Inter was not the club’s first choice.
“Allegri never specifically asked for a trequartista. He gave us certain characteristics, but the formation is down to the players you have in the squad.
“Hernanes arrived in extremis, he wasn’t first choice, and we never thought we were bringing in a phenomenon, but he was available, and we like him.
“His sale represented an economic loss for Inter.”
The director also hinted that Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi could arrive in Turin next summer, despite selling him outright this year.
“At the moment he’s totally owned by Sassuolo,” Marotta explained.
“We’re monitoring him, and we’ll have a consultation at the end of the season. We have an excellent relationship with Sassuolo.”
