Inter CEO Beppe Marotta admits 'there is a lot of uncertainty' within the club and insists football is living a 'tragic moment.'

Inter were one of the 12 founders of the Super League, and 11 Serie A requested sanctions for the Nerazzurri, Milan and Juventus.

"We know nothing about the content of the letter sent to Dal Pino. We are living a tragic moment for football that hides the problem of sustainability. This model doesn't work anymore and gives no guarantees also due to the pandemic," Marotta told DAZN.

"Instead of fighting, I hope we can also talk about football reforms: through new formats or reducing professionalism, which would lead to lower costs."

Yesterday, Antonio Conte highlighted many of his players have never experienced the pressure coming from fighting for the title and refused to commit his long-term future to the club.

"I've already shared these moments. Conte was right to underline that many players have never had this kind of pressure on them. We must be strong, resolute. Destiny is in our heads," Marotta said.

"I share two concepts: the first is that we must put in the maximum of concentration in this final part of the season.

"Secondly, the one defined by the word clarity, but it is normal because all coaches ask the programs to their clubs.

"Today, there is a lot of uncertainty. In due time it is right to meet and understand the programs."
