Mario Rui’s agent said the left-back has “many offers and will certainly not stay at Empoli” next season.
The Portuguese talent has impressed this term during his 29 games between Serie A and Coppa Italia.
“We have received many offers for Mario Rui, including from the top five or six Italian clubs,” representative Mario Giuffredi told Radio Stereo 5.
“He is ready for a top club now. He proved that he has great quality and in Italy there are few who can out-perform him in his role.
