According to multiple reports, Mario Rui has left the Napoli pre-season training camp and been told to find himself a new club.

There had already been rumours the Portuguese left-back was on his way out this summer, though he was determined to convince coach Antonio Conte he could still be of value to the squad.

After featuring in some friendly matches, it seems the decision has now been made.

Sky Sport Italia and Repubblica newspaper insist he has left the pre-season training camp in Castel di Sangro and been given a few days to focus with his agent on finding a new solution.
