The Ducali were boosted by their 1-0 win away to Sampdoria and could take another big step towards safety against bottom of the table Bari.

“This is the most important match of the season, as it is an opportunity we absolutely cannot afford to waste,” said the Coach.

“We are facing a side that has nothing left to lose, while Parma have everything at stake if we don't approach this game the right way.”

Daniele Galloppa, Blerim Dzemaili, Sebastian Giovinco and Francesco Valiani are suspended, while Raffaele Palladino, Ze Eduardo and Fernando Marques are injured.

“There's no point denying we have some problems picking a starting XI, but in such an important moment we cannot talk about those who are not here. Whoever steps on to the field deserves our faith.

“Others are not 100 per cent fit, so we'll need to wait for late tests on Angelo to see if he can manage an entire half.

“Regardless of who plays, the important thing is that we build on the victory against Sampdoria last time out.”
