With eight points in the last four games, Chievo are sailing towards a comfortable closure to their tournament, and their head tactician is taking this as an opportunity to analyse his players.
“I am curious and I want to see the team at the Stadio Meazza,” he told the Press. “I want to see how much we have matured.
“We want to close our season in great style. In our training sessions, our levels of determination and concentration are at peak levels.
“We must be skilled in making things hard for our adversaries. If we allow Inter to direct the course of the game, everything's going to be more difficult.”
Club President Luca Campedelli said he'd be happy to keep Maran on the bench for 10 years, which naturally flattered the Coach.
“I'm pleased about what the President said, over and beyond the matter of those 10 years.
“I must thank him for having allowed me to work at my best when I came to Chievo.”
