The French club is struggling this season with three draws from the last four Ligue 1 games.

According to Le Parisien, the Qatari owners of PSG are prepared to pull the plug on Blanc if things do not improve quickly.

The paper also claims that Mancini is the top candidate to take over.

He would be continuing the Italian flavour at the club after Carlo Ancelotti’s title-winning campaign, plus Italy internationals Marco Verratti and Thiago Motta.

It would also provide a reunion for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who worked with Mancini at Inter from 2006 to 2008.

Mancini is currently a free agent after he left Galatasaray by mutual consent over the summer.
