Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin says Coach Roberto Mancini ‘makes all the difference in the world’, and praises Mateo Kovacic.
Mancini returned to San Siro last season, taking over from Walter Mazzarri after the Nerazzurri endured a poor start.
The former Manchester City manager could only guide the Beneamata to eighth, but Guarin believes the ability to work with the team in pre-season means things will be different this term.
“It makes all the difference in the world,” the Colombian international told Gazzetta dello Sport.

Guarin also singled-out Croatian playmaker Mateo Kovacic for praise, promising the best is yet to come.
“Kovacic has already done great things, but he hasn’t exploded yet. With the right team around him, he can become a superstar, regardless of the role he’s given.
“We haven’t seen the real Mateo yet.”
