Roberto Mancini admits to a ‘doubt’ at right-back against Switzerland, while Federico Chiesa and Andrea Belotti could also get a look-in.

The Azzurri won their Euro 2020 opener by beating Turkey 3-0 and take on Switzerland tomorrow at 20.00 UK time.

“The objective is qualification and it’s going to be tough against Switzerland, a side with a smart coach and who know what they need to do,” Mancini told Sky Sport Italia.

“They are a very good side and play well together.”

Alessandro Florenzi is out injured, so the CT must choose between Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Rafael Toloi for the right-back role.

“Di Lorenzo is more attacking than Toloi, that is the only doubt, but the last two training sessions will allow me to remove that doubt from my mind.”

There are other adjustments that could potentially be made, such as Chiesa for Domenico Berardi or Belotti coming in for Ciro Immobile.

“If Chiesa or Belotti were to play, it wouldn’t change much in our plans,” insisted Mancini.

“The first game went well and we know what awaits us.”
