Roberto Mancini has named a 28-man Italy squad for Euro 2020, which must be cut down to 26, but Moise Kean is out and Stefano Sensi still in.
The Azzurri are in Group A with Turkey, Switzerland and Wales for the tournament that kicks off on June 11.
The coach had formed a much larger provisional group of 33, but that has been cut down after the 7-0 friendly win over San Marino.
It still needs to be sliced back by two players to 26 by the deadline of midnight on Tuesday.
There were injury concerns over Sensi and Marco Verratti, but both of them are included in the group.
Verratti’s PSG teammate Kean is left out, but Matteo Politano, Matteo Pessina and Atalanta defender Rafael Toloi do get the nod.
Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori is in the Under-21 squad for the European Championship, while Cagliari goalkeeper Alessio Cragno, injured Lazio wingback Manuel Lazzari, Vincenzo Grifo, Cristiano Biraghi and Gian Marco Ferrari are cut.
Chelsea players Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri are allowed 24 hours more to rest after winning the Champions League Final last night and will join up with the squad on Tuesday.
The Nazionale will resume training at the Coverciano ground on Wednesday June 2 and play the Czech Republic in a friendly on Friday June 4.
