This is the first match under Caretaker Manager Gareth Southgate, who was appointed after the sudden departure of Sam Allardyce.
Mancini is the front-runner for the England job as they attempt to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
He has experience in English football, winning the Premier League with Manchester City.
Mancio is a free agent, as he terminated his contract with Inter by mutual consent in August, just two weeks before the Serie A season started.
